Disappointing overall. The process went something like"Oh no did it save my order? It's asking for my delivery address again. Guess I'm starting over... Oh wait after I typed it again, it shows my saved order? That's weird."And because it kept timing out quickly, I had to retype payment and address info many times. Un-intuitive app. The cinnimo's arrived looking unappetizing and completely different than the picture. Crunchimo's were 10/10.

The address function IS TERRIBLE. I literally press the "use my location", it updates to my location, and then imos doesn't accept it saying it's invalid. It's totally valid. I have to put in an address a block up the street, then call the store and tell them the right address. They then say it won't let them change to that address for some reason, but they'll bring it to me. I don't have this problem with any other delivery app. Such a TERRIBLE UI experience overall. Great pizza though 🤷🏽‍♀️

App works great for the most part, except for credit card payments. Every time I put in my card information it doesn't go through. I have to select cash on the app instead and then when I get to the restaurant, I then pay with my card. Kind of a bummer that I have to do it that way. I wish they would fix this, then it would be a five star app.
