About this app

Prayer Times by i-muslim is a calm, respectful companion for the five daily prayers — accurate, private, and built to work without a connection. No ads. No tracking. No account.

• ACCURATE TIMES, COMPUTED ON YOUR DEVICE
Fajr, Sunrise, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha are calculated locally using the well-established PrayTimes astronomical method — no internet needed. Choose from 16 calculation methods (Muslim World League, ISNA, Umm al-Qura, Egyptian, Karachi, Tehran, Jafari, Diyanet, Gulf, Kuwait, Qatar, Singapore, Dubai, Moonsighting Committee, UOIF France, and Russia), your Asr madhab (Standard or Hanafi), and a high-latitude rule for northern regions.

• ADHAN, NOTIFICATIONS & IQAMAH
Choose, for each of the five prayers, how it calls you: the full adhan (call to prayer), a notification, a silent banner, or nothing at all. Add an optional reminder a few minutes before each prayer, and an iqamah alert a few minutes after the adhan. The adhan plays even while your ringer is silenced, with a one-tap Stop.

• AUTO-SILENCE DURING PRAYER
Never have your phone ring during salah — and never forget to switch it back. The app can automatically mute your ringer (silent or vibrate) for a window around each prayer, then restore it afterwards. Set how many minutes before to start, how long the prayer lasts, and how many minutes after to restore — and pick which prayers it applies to.

• THREE HOME-SCREEN WIDGETS
Pick the one that suits your home screen: the full "Today" bar with your location, the Gregorian and Hijri date and all five times; the compact "Next prayer" countdown; or a tall "Vertical" list of today's times. Each highlights the next prayer and counts down to it live, and you can choose the font size.

• YOUR LOCATION, YOUR WAY
Detect your location automatically, search by city name, or type exact coordinates. Your coordinates are stored only on your device and are never sent to us — we run no servers and collect nothing. Turning coordinates into a readable place name uses Android's built-in geocoder, which on most devices is an online service; enter your coordinates by hand to skip that entirely.

• MADE FOR EVERYONE
Full app interface in English, Arabic (right-to-left), Turkish, Indonesian, Russian and Azerbaijani. Light, dark, and system themes. 12- or 24-hour clock. A manual Hijri-date adjustment to match your local moon-sighting.

Prayer Times is part of the i-muslim project. Quran and Hadith are separate i-muslim apps. Published by i-muslim, developed by Caspian Tools.

Note: prayer times are calculated approximations — for legal or edge cases, please verify with your local authority.
Accurate offline prayer times, auto-silence during salah, home-screen widgets.

What’s new

Salatuk now shows you which way to face. A dial points at the Kaaba from wherever you are, with the distance to Makkah and a plain "turn right 40°" until you are lined up — corrected for magnetic declination, so it means true north, not whatever the needle says. Switch to the camera view and the Qibla is drawn over the room in front of you.

Prayer notifications no longer pile up in the status bar: each one clears itself once its prayer has passed.
