The concept is good but laggind user friendly options. Not easy to find search options to see if medication is covered under my group insurance policies. Also, not clear or written what is covered on specialized treatments under policies. Must call to get clearance. Self claim is also a hassle. Take pictures but not detailed under which sections. And then the app brings us back to the beginning and start all over again.

good for filling medical expenses. ui could do with some improvement in displaying cob on claim submission. App & website is 'unavailable' every night at some arbitrary time. Why??? It's 2024, the internet doesn't need to be switched off at night loll

This app has potential but it's currently useless. The card rarely loads so when you need to access it in a pinch, too bad. I see others have the same issue but instead of actually fixing the issue, you're being told to call in. Secondly, the option that shows you what you're covered for and how much never loads. So basically, the only thing that works consistently on the app is logging in and viewing the claims. That's it. So just use the site. iA needs to actually address this.

The best advice would be to contact customer support. They should be able to help and if they are not able to, they will create an incident for the mobile app team to look into!
