IncentFit is a corporate health and wellness platform that motivates and rewards you for making healthy choices every day. We turn everyday healthy behaviors into real-world incentives, keeping you engaged with your wellness goals while earning benefits from your employer or insurance provider.

How it Works
IncentFit tracks your healthy habits and automatically credits you for your progress. Whether you're walking to work, completing a gym session, or tracking sleep duration, your activities sync automatically and appear in your personal activity timeline. Get active, hit milestones, and watch your rewards add up.

Smart Health Integration
IncentFit integrates with Health Connect by Android for seamless, automatic activity syncing. Connect once, and your data flows in from your favorite fitness apps and wearables—Fitbit, Garmin, Samsung Health, Google Fit, Strava, and more.

Health Data We Use (and why):
• Steps & Distance: Your daily step counts and distance traveled sync automatically to track progress toward your wellness goals, whether that be competing in challenges or working toward individual milestones like "Walk 10,000 steps daily for a week."
• Active Calories Burned: Calories burned during workouts appear alongside your activity details, giving you visibility into workout intensity. This data helps qualify you for exertion-based incentives.
• Exercise Sessions: Workouts logged in other apps (running, cycling, swimming, strength training, yoga, and more) automatically import with their duration, type, and metrics.
• Sleep Sessions: Sleep duration syncs to support holistic wellness programs. Many employers reward healthy recovery habits, and sleep tracking helps you participate in rest-focused challenges.

Privacy & Security First
Your health data is sensitive, and we treat it that way. IncentFit uses Health Connect data solely to calculate wellness rewards and display your activity history. We do not sell your health data to third parties.

Ratings and reviews

Samsung Health, i had initial trouble syncing. emailed app support and got proper instructions, now it works. tap Health Connect to sync Samsung Health data.

The app doesn't seem to connect with Samsung Health. I wish I had known that before switching since I am now unable to go back to the old one. Hopefully this will be hotfixed soon and the team does a better job of compatibility testing. Some people don't use iOS. Overall, while the app seems to have a more modern UI it isn't intuitive from a user's perspective. It doesn't seem to provide any benefits over the previous app. If you have the choice right now I would recommend not switching.
