Dublio is an AI video translator and video player for the videos on your device. It listens to the speech, writes it down as subtitles, translates them and dubs them in your language with natural voices.
Your videos stay on your device, and no account is needed. Dublio works offline after first use.
▸ AI dubbing with voice clone
Choose a video and the language you want to hear. Dublio recognizes who is speaking and gives each speaker a different voice. With the voice clone, each speaker is dubbed in their own voice; Dublio clones only the voices of the people in that video. The original speech is turned down under the dub, while music and sound effects stay as they were.
▸ Subtitles and subtitle translation
Prefer to read? Make subtitles or captions only, in the original language or translated. Already have an SRT subtitle file? Translate it, or turn it into a dub. Show the translation and the original together as dual subtitles, a handy way to learn a language while you watch.

Playback starts as soon as the first part is ready, and the rest follows in the background. Line up several videos and they are translated one after another.
▸ A video player made for dubs and subtitles
Watch in Dublio's own player and set the subtitle size, color, background, shadow and position, change the playback speed, follow the transcript and jump to any line, keep watching in picture-in-picture, and skip with full-screen gestures. The video's own subtitles can be turned off or switched to another language.
▸ Export and share
Save the dubbed video as an MP4, with the subtitles drawn onto the picture or added as a separate track, or save the subtitles as an SRT file. Share the result straight from the app.

The app is available in 12 languages, and you can translate, subtitle and dub videos in dozens of languages: turn a foreign movie, a lecture or a holiday clip into English or the language you prefer. If a language can't be dubbed on your device, you can still make subtitles in it.

The free version lets you dub or subtitle a few shorter videos each month and shows short ads. Dublio Pro removes the monthly limit, handles longer videos and removes the ads. Monthly and yearly plans are available.
Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: it renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime under subscriptions in the Play Store.
