About this app

Torrent Stream is a torrent downloader and torrent player in one: it plays the video while the torrent is still downloading, so you start watching in seconds instead of waiting for the whole file.

No account and nothing to set up: open a magnet link or a .torrent file, choose the files and press Play. The app is free; Premium is optional.

▸ STREAM TORRENTS WHILE THEY DOWNLOAD
In Stream mode the torrent downloads in playback order, and Play turns on as soon as the start of the video is ready (5% by default, adjustable). Prefer the fastest full download? Standard mode fetches pieces in any order, like a classic torrent client. You can switch a torrent between the two at any time.

▸ MAGNET LINKS AND .TORRENT FILES
Tap a magnet link in your browser, paste one, or open a .torrent file from your phone, and it opens in Torrent Stream. You choose which files to download before anything starts.

▸ SERIES AND FOLDERS
A torrent with several videos plays them in natural order: episode 1, 2 … 10. Tap Download first on the episode you want and it downloads before the others. The files sheet shows every file, plays finished videos and opens other files in the apps you choose.

▸ A TORRENT VIDEO PLAYER WITH SUBTITLES
Subtitles from the video, from the torrent (.srt, .vtt, .ass, .ssa) or from your phone, with sync, size, colour and background. Playback speed, audio tracks, and a screen lock so a pocket or a child cannot stop the video. Prefer another app? Any video player on your phone can open the stream too.

▸ A TORRENT DOWNLOADER THAT KEEPS GOING
Torrents keep downloading in the background with the screen off, with one notification for all of them and an alert when a video is ready to watch. Download on Wi-Fi only, choose whether to seed after downloading, and hide the client's name from peers with anonymous mode. If a downloaded file is deleted, Torrent Stream notices and downloads it again.

▸ PRIVACY
No sign-in and no cloud: your torrents and files stay on your phone. Usage and crash statistics never include torrent names, links or file names. Like every torrent client, Torrent Stream shows your IP address to the peers it downloads from; VPN-only mode pauses downloads whenever your VPN drops.

▸ PREMIUM
The free plan shows ads and downloads two torrents at a time. Premium removes ads and adds unlimited downloads at once, Cast to your TV, VPN-only mode and scheduled downloads. Monthly or yearly through Google Play; cancel any time in Google Play. A short video in the app also turns ads off for a while, without subscribing.

▸ 12 LANGUAGES
English, Türkçe, Deutsch, Français, Español, Italiano, Português, Русский, 日本語, 한국어, 中文 and العربية, with light and dark themes.

▸ IMPORTANT
Torrent Stream is a torrent client and player. It does not include, host or search for any content. Download and share only files you have the right to; you are responsible for following the copyright laws of your country.
