Tools and features to give you access, support and control throughout your personal fertility journey include:

• A personalized interactive calendar offers a complete view of the medications to be administered during a treatment cycle, visibility into appointments in and out of cycle, and menses cycle tracking. When clicking each calendar day, you can see medications to take, confirm whether they have been taken, and access videos for help in administrating medications. You may also directly message your care team with questions.
• Prelude Connect Messaging allows for two-way HIPAA compliant text messaging preventing phone tag and missed timelines and enabling you to receive quick reminders from your care team to help keep you on track. In-app video messaging also offers valuable face time with your team between clinic visits.
• The Prelude Connect Portal offers 24/7 access to your account including clinical records, labs, and other helpful resources.
• A one-touch contact feature allows you to call your clinic immediately from app.
• A one-touch feature also allows you to launch directions to your clinic from the app.

Edit: They finally fixed the issue with the typing bar so I gave it 3 stars. It still needs a message search function. If I could give it 0 stars I would. This app needs IMMEDIATE attention. You can't see what you're typing since the screen doesn't move when the keyboard pops up. The communication threads are a hot mess. There is no search function in the messages. I could go on...

App is slow and very delayed. the payment section doesn't let you pick the amount you want to pay. you have to pay the entire balance or nothing. there is nowhere to see your invoice so you know exactly what you are paying for. the treatment plan doesn't always show your appointments. and if you try to connect your account to your partners account, everything gets messed up and you can't tell if you are looking at yours or your partners account. not a good app and needs major updating.

Great concept if it actually worked! You can't see what you are typing in the messages because the text box doesn't move up when the phone keyboard comes up, so messages are useless! I always ask them to just call me. The push notifications are either way late or never come. You cannot enlarge and scroll through a PDF file. I am not getting notifications/ reminders of appointments being scheduled or coming up. The calendar only showing 2 weeks at a time is very irritating!
