Frustrating if you need to change payment methods. I needed to add a new card but there's not an option to add a new card. (As of yet) However customer service reps were amazing & tried to give me all kinds of solutions to fix it. They were very accommodating in the end I do want to suggest if you are having trouble the day of competition trying to purchase the videos be sure to add the location then because once the live event is over it's no longer available in the list of events

This app is a HUGE piece of junk. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. First, the scrolling selection to input the dancer's DOB is a waste. Just allow the DOB to be tyoed in. It would be MUCH faster. Second, the photos are TINY thumbnails that can't be enlarged to even see that you're picking the correct photos. Overall, it's just not intuitive to use at all.

I've used the "incorrect password" and gotten locked out three times even though I've reset it to the same password each time. When it locks you out it so says if you have trouble contact customer support but nowhere in the log in section of the app does it give contact information. Terrible app.
