Completely useless app. Slow, clunky & not intuitive. Who wants to download & view dozens of massive dance video files & hundreds of photos on a cell phone with limited memory & a tiny screen. To make matters worse, their customer service representatives are useless. They had no clue how to access the videos & pictures on a desktop computer which has much more memory & a much larger premium quality screen. I was able to figure it out on my own eventally, no thanks to their customer service reps.

First time using this app. Photos were ready exceptionally quickly, and were very well done. We got video clip previews with videos due out in a couple weeks. Overall very impressed.

Clunky user interface, not intuitive. you can find your way around. Paying for premium gets you more event information, but filing in the form seems sketchy.
