Incyclist is a free and open source indoor cycling app which allows you to explore the world on an indoor tainer while performing your structured trainings.
You can ride your indoor videos or any GPX track (visualized with Google StreetView or SatelliteView) or just select a starting point and initial direction and select how you want to proceed at every crossing
If you want to perform structured trainings, you can import your workouts (FIT format) and perform them while you are exploring the world
