Very disappointing experience with the Indpay app. Recharge payments are not completed. On top of that, withdrawal option is also not working, so users cannot access their own money. Now the app is not even opening properly. Customer support is extremely poor and there is no proper response from the team. This feels completely unreliable and unsafe for users. I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from this app until these serious issues are fixed. Do not risk your hard-earned money on this

I have tried a big amount (2k-3k) recharge, it added money to wallet very smoothly, but after that while recharge it failed like 100 times, overall, this app makes a huge amount of loss . Moreover, there is no support team. Fake WhatsApp number, they've added working timings in WhatsApp, but no reply. Overall don't waste your time installing this app. Too much server issue.

Initially it works well, later wnen you you put money in the wallet recharge payment declines and u are not able to use the money in the wallet. This thing has already happened to me. Later my account got banned. When i contacted to the helpline no. They said rate us 5 star, then only we will resolve the problem. Even after that i didn't get any result. My money is stock in the wallet of this app. I cant access it.
