in a third world country, in primary school, we were taught sometimes the ad on tv is decieving in that the true cost is hidden - which is exactly how i feel when using this app. mind you if i was a 100% crypto bro believer i'd have no issue with the app because "trust me bro" this app does not show you the total costs of what youve spent, your total p/l and etc etc. they also dont list currency conversion fees and all that other stuff. its clear they dont want you to know how much you put in

I dont know how this app has 4.8 stars. You cannot receive any crypto from an account thats not yours. There is no details on the transactions that you can make. Live support will take hours to reply to you. Told me that they returned the deposit to the original wallet, check the online transaction history, nothing. Legitimate scammy company.

It's been a week since I requested a fiat withdrawal, and I haven't received anything in my bank account. Support is silent. I have no choice but to escalate with a formal complaint before filling a complaint with the Scheme. So very disappointed.
