Pathetic and unreliable trading app. It hangs frequently and prices don’t update in real time. Despite raising complaints for almost 6 months, no proper solution has been provided. I followed all suggestions like reinstalling the app and clearing cache, but the issue persists. Many of my trades were delayed or failed, causing losses of around ₹1 lakh. Even after sharing video proof and multiple emails, there is no response. Not recommended for serious traders.

moved from Neo money! the experience on the app has so far been very suboptimal. the information being displayed are all wrong.... worst is that when you try reaching out to the customer service, I get a message stating that the max users have been reached! what kind off company is this. getting worried that so much of my investments are with these guys.

very bad app notThis is a very useless app. Money is not getting transferred in it. I have been using it for 15–20 years, but now I have become very frustrated with this app.
