Very Worst Experience from all demat account App. RM Services and other services provided are 3rd class. Very expensive brokerage, Monthly charges, Annual Charges and other hidden charges are for loot from us(customer). Customer service support is not good. All time AI chat-bot on call and message too. There is nobody to understand your queries. If your questions are not listed in the bot then not understand AI chat bot and no person responds to your call and queries other than the AI chat-bot.

I placed an order for share transfering from my IIFL acount to another demat account due to high maintenance charges in IIFL, but my request was rejected, and I raised the ticket 14 days ago but the ticket still is open and no single response receive. Also there is no other option is available to contact with customer excutive to know the rejection reason. I would like to request all of new user please open their account in IIFL and if you open you will be in trap.

⭐ 0 Star Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with IIFL. I have shares in my own Demat account, but when I try to sell them, the app creates unnecessary problems. It simply shows “This scrip is under CallAuction category” without properly explaining what the customer is supposed to do. If I cannot sell my own shares when I need to, then what is the point of using a trading app? Instead of making the app simple and reliable, IIFL makes customers struggle with confusing messages
