About this game
You're the umpire. The bowler runs in, the ball thuds into the pad and the fielders scream HOWZAT! Out or not out? You have seconds to raise the finger.
Every ball in Stumpire is simulated: swing, seam, spin and bounce come from the physics, so no two appeals are alike. Watch the line, listen for the edge, check the front foot, and make the call.
CALL IT ALL
• LBW: did it pitch in line, hit in line, and would it have hit the stumps?
• Bowled and played on
• Caught behind: was that a nick, or bat on pad?
• Wides, and no-balls called live as the bowler lands
REVIEW EVERY BALL
After each call, the replay shows you why: ball tracking down to the stumps, an edge detector trace for the faintest nick, and a freeze-frame of the front foot.
FROM SCHOOL TO INTERNATIONAL
Start at Sunnyside School, earn medals in every fixture, pass the promotion exam and move up to Riverside Cricket Club, then the floodlit Grand Oval. Win the Final to become a top-level umpire.
ENDLESS AND THE DAILY RUN
Three lives, one ball after another, and the balls get harder. Score points for difficulty and speed, chase your best runs, and play the Daily Run, where everyone faces the same balls that day. Then see where you rank on the world boards.
LEARN THE LAWS
Four short lessons teach the tricky calls (LBW, wides, caught behind and no-balls), with the key moment in slow motion. New to cricket? You'll be umpiring in minutes.
DRESS YOUR UMPIRE
Unlock hats, coats, shades, wristbands and OUT signals as you level up. Two optional kit packs add new colours; they never change a call.
Remove ads ends the ad breaks. Ads that earn a reward stay, and you only ever watch them by choice.
Plays in portrait or landscape. Accessibility options include more decision time and visual sound rings for the edge.
