I couldn't redeem any of my points since I installed the app months ago, always getting server internal error, and support couldn't find what was wrong. Now they drastically reduced the value of rewards points and 100k points is equivalent to only about PHP 5,000 reward. Not that I can redeem it because of errors. Not worth it, look for a better rewarding card with a better app.

Useless app. Ive had this in my phone for quite some time now and i keep on coming back from time to time to try to convert my "REWARDS" points. Horrible. Everytime, i end up using the conventional email chat, because this app is totally USELESS and data never gets updated.

Would be better if you improve the Store Locator feature, like a search feature. Imagine scrolling to look for the store in your area out of 1000+ participating stores. The app is also slow af. It's a hassle when you're already at the counter and it still won't load properly.
