Ratings and reviews

Why don't you make sure that any update to your app works and been tested that it will work! Your making it hard for us your customers that needs to do transactions to pay bills while out of the country. It's 2026 and most banking system overseas are so improve and user friendly on their portal while you as a one of the biggest bank in the country is lagging. Please, for us apps user make sure it works properly before bringing it out to your subscribers.

Suddenly the app asked me to validate my phone. I guess they did an auto update without telling users. after it verified my phone I tried to make a transaction but my mobile key was not working. It looks like the mobile key setting was turned off. BPI you need to let users know what you are doing. It's concerning when suddenly your app doesn't work.

I dont if there was an update but i can no longer login using my fingerprint scan on my phone. all credentials lost good rhing remembered my username, but i cant make it to work since i am out of the country. It wont send OTP or even notify my from the app. It's not working and i cant even access it just keeps stopping and the app won't even open. This is the most ultimately frustrating thing!!! Now i have to wait to get back home to the PH just to fix this?
