Bad experience overall. Works for a while before freezing on pixel 3xl and crashes immediately after the animation on Unihertz Atom w/Android 9 & OTG. Can't get it to run on an x98 tv stick from usb to usb-c adapter (had to install the apk from thumb drive), despite it supporting OTG. For a device that costs $400 bucks, and claims needs android 6 only, this is turning into a huge disappointment. The bad part, is I have a working prototype for a product using the t2pro, but software is bad.

PLEASE GET RID OF THE ANIMATION AT THE START. If using for wildlife observation/hunting this unnecessary, battery consuming animation upon opening the app is incredibly frustrating. On a pixel 6a it also crashes if you try to enable HD

I have Android 9, 3GB ram 8core phone and I keep getting "The search pulled out" all the time. HD works for a second and switches off. After 180 degree flip it looks fine on the screen but saved pictures and videos all upsidedown. for a software to work with $500 device this is not good! Temperature readings are wrong. Showing boiling water +32 Celsius. Room temperature is +4.
