App experience connecting to a RICO HYBRID HYL50W is horrible. Troubleshooting is limited other than 'other WiFi in the area can cause problems; move'...an issue I've never had even with budget-level $10-30 WiFi serving devices. If your Android phone gives error "Unable to connect to the device", in proximity to or even physically touching the scope, mash the "Connect the Device" button, dismiss the error, and repeat literally dozens of times. Was able to eventually connect two phones this way.

I'm pretty let down with the company. Love the scope RH50R, hate this app that they have put together. I've literally gotten a runaround back-and-forth with the company. That does the app and the scope company which in my opinion are the same. Now they tell me the app has bugs. They are working on have no idea when they will have it. Resolved. Terrible product for such a great scope. I would give it a zero if there was the option !

App works well, but on an ipad in landscape mode you can't see icons. So you can't see your range, battery status. I'm using the finder fh35 v2.
