The Infiniti Financial Services (IFS) Online Account Manager app allows IFS customers to manage their account on-the-go.

To gain access to your account, IFS account holders may either register or enter their login information from an existing account registered on www.infinitifinance.com.

The absolute worst app that I've ever used in my life!!!! You would think that they would work on it in order to receive car payments. SMH When you call in for assistance, they pretend to be surprised that the app isn't working....I'm pretty sure that they hear this ALL OF THE TIME. Good riddance, IFS I've paid my vehicle off and I will now delete the App for good!!!

Trash App... For the most part the app worked well enough for me to make my payments in, but ever since October 20th's "bug fixes", I can't even get to the point where I want to make my car payment. Every time I click on the pay now button for my car it takes me back to the sign in screen and I am no longer logged in... Still broken, huh? If I could give this app zero stars I would.

Unable to change date of (schedule) payment on the payment screen and the monthly amount never populates or is displayed there, so I have to go back a screen to remember my amount and then go back to the payment screen to enter it. Also, payment history isn't in chronological order - makes no sense!
