The Nissan Motor Acceptance Company (NMAC) Finance Account Manager app allows an existing NMAC customer to manage their account on-the-go. From choosing your nearest dealership to scheduling your payment online, we are now your one-stop-shop.
 
To gain access to your account, NMAC account holders may either register or enter login information from an existing account registered on www.NissanFinance.com.

Not great. You have to verify with code to your email EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. even if you tell it to remember your device. There's no biometric log in option. The payments made on the app provide no confirmation number, and disappear the next day, after you get the email confirmation that the payment was received. It's a bare-bones app that doesn't function very well.

if I could give this zero stars , I would. I am unable to log in , even after confirming their 4 digit code sent to my phone. all I get is a white screen with TWO spinning circles. I've done every tech trick I can think of to possibly fix this and proper log in , but nothing has worked properly. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. zero , nothing, not able to move forward. guess my only other option to log in is through Chrome browser. but that defeats the purpose of the app. 🙄

I can see that a lot of people here are having issues logging in and getting information off the app. I am also having that issue. I would think that with so many people having issues that they would fix it. update: even their website I can't make a payment. for some reason my bank info is not already saved and when I add it, it wont show even after successfully doing it 3 times. I refreshed the website and still wont add it.
