if I could give this zero stars , I would. I am unable to log in , even after confirming their 4 digit code sent to my phone. all I get is a white screen with TWO spinning circles. I've done every tech trick I can think of to possibly fix this and proper log in , but nothing has worked properly. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. zero , nothing, not able to move forward. guess my only other option to log in is through Chrome browser. but that defeats the purpose of the app. 🙄

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible, Awful, Awful, Awful!!! This App continues to be difficult for login. Just to make a payment. Also send a detailed email Receipt. Not just a email stating we received payment, need to know how much went to the Principle and how much went in interest. App needs a Recall fix! Nissan continues to under preform. Listen to your customers, and Fix your problems.

This app is horrible. My payment is due on the 15th, but I cant pay it because the payment cycle doesn't get updated until the 17th. When Im finally able to pay on the 17th of the month, the system holds the payment. Something that should be so simple becomes a big headache. I should be able to go right in on my due date, swipe to pay, and then leave. Ive tried auto payments, and it kicks the request out as an error as well.
