The Nissan Motor Acceptance Company (NMAC) Finance Account Manager app allows an existing NMAC customer to manage their account on-the-go. From choosing your nearest dealership to scheduling your payment online, we are now your one-stop-shop.
 
To gain access to your account, NMAC account holders may either register or enter login information from an existing account registered on www.NissanFinance.com.

if I could give this zero stars , I would. I am unable to log in , even after confirming their 4 digit code sent to my phone. all I get is a white screen with TWO spinning circles. I've done every tech trick I can think of to possibly fix this and proper log in , but nothing has worked properly. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. zero , nothing, not able to move forward. guess my only other option to log in is through Chrome browser. but that defeats the purpose of the app. 🙄

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible, Awful, Awful, Awful!!! This App continues to be difficult for login. Just to make a payment. Also send a detailed email Receipt. Not just a email stating we received payment, need to know how much went to the Principle and how much went in interest. App needs a Recall fix! Nissan continues to under preform. Listen to your customers, and Fix your problems.

Do not finance with Nissan! This app has been awful from the very beginning with long wait times, frequent crashes, things not loading. On top of that they have now changed how payments towards your principal work as a way to keep you from paying off your loan faster. I will never be using Nissan again. You should never start. Update 1/9/2026: If I could give a 0 I would. Its somehow gotten worse! Now they will randomly lock you out of your account. No warning! No reason!
