Q: Why does recording stop when a video file size reached 4GB (about 30 minutes)?

A: The default, Android system will stop a video recording when a file size reached up to 4GB or duration is 30 minutes. You can enable the "Limit time and Repeat recording" feature. You should set max time is 30 minutes or shorter (the best choice is the duration of video on your device when a video file reached 4GB) to avoid a crash. Or if you are saving the file on SD Card you should format SD Card is exFAT instead of FAT so the app can record long time video (more 30 minutes).
we recommend recording video for less than 20 minutes.

The app you’ve created is really good. However, I was thinking—if we are recording a video of an incident (like a fight), and someone checks the phone, they would naturally look in the gallery first. So, you should ensure the video is saved within the app itself, and we can choose to download it to the gallery whenever we want. That’s just my suggestion. Apart from that, the app is great. 👍

I have been using this app for 1 months and it was working very well... But for the last few days , the video is not recording and it is showing a pending file, so I am very disappointed. I did not expect this from this app. Some important videos for me have fallen into the pending file and are not opening right now. I request you to slow down that video as soon as possible and make it playable.

Hello Support Team, I recorded a video using your app but it is showing "pending" and the video is not appearing in my gallery. I recorded it about 3 days ago. I am worried that the video may be lost. Please check this issue and help me recover the video if possible. Thank you.
