Well, when you get help, after you've lost everything, including your home, and you get put on a different priority list because you are homeless.... yeah I guess it's ok =/ Now that I've lost everything, homeless & with disabilities, I can at least (usually) get a hold of someone when I call. Not that it's changed for me much. It's been almost 2 months & I'm still at the same location, still waiting to feel secure ....

211 has never been any help. I've had to call this place 3 times in the last 2 yrs. Inevitably every call I was referred to by 211, ended up routing me back to 211. The last time I spoke to them was on Thurs Jan 13th. My husband was ill and my van broke down and completely froze, with everything we own in it. And I was on the phone with 211 for 6hrs 24 phone calls that were transfered or that were no help, disconnected. with absolutely no help and was told to call 211 in the end.

I can't even sign onto your app. After zip code it says it needs county but it don't allow you to type. If not fixed I have to delete
