A lot of tricky and unneeded questions. Looks like authors are set a task to find enemy spies rather than confirm that a person submitting answers is not infected by COVID. Update from 8/31. I wish I can award this app with 0 stars. Looks like constant communication issues since our office mgmt does not see health screening results I am filling every time.

Update on Samsung note10, now immediately closes/crashes each time I try to open the app. Completely unusable. Stuck.

This app is working as expected .Easy to use interface and also provide real time health status of my employees.
