My order was cancelled twice. The first cancellation was understandable because the stock was limited, although I had already paid before it went out of stock. The second cancellation was suspicious. The stock showed more than 3 items available, but my payment kept getting rejected. Suddenly, the payment went through, and then I received two statuses in the app at the same time: “On Process” and “Cancelled.” Unfortunately, both orders took 7–14 days to be refunded, which is quite a long time

one of the BEST app to collect point, i can get a point while i shopping on MAP CLUB Member shop, like Kidz Station, Starbucks, Subways, love this app.. we can got a point everytime we shopping, and MAPCLUB have a many store around indonesia 👍👍👍

At my first 3-4 transactions it was just fine; great apps, good discount, great products until recently I ordered something that I added to my wishlist. After I bought it, I can no longer access the product from the app aka it said the product isn't available anymore. And I already made my payment. Now, until the third day after payment, it's still hasn't been shipped, the CS is still saying that the product is still in checking process. Oh by the way, they erase bad reviews from their app. Nice
