It worked great for a while. I have two BSC100s models. One is slightly older and one I just purchased. The older one would no longer pair. Everything seems fine but the connection always would fail. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled. That did not help. I then tried the new igsport and it paired perfectly. My older model is useless for uploading to the app and I can no longer share information on Strava and with my doctor (I show him rides when arrhythmias occur).

We would propose you unpair the Bluetooth both from your device and phone.

Deletes all your milestone achievements without warning. Hides mileage markers under the ride track, making them useless. No way to view rides by bike. No way to view rides by cycling computer if you have more than one. Inconsistent total "mileage" across cycling computers and app. Constant use of "mileage" even if you choose kilometres as unit.

The app is good but not perfect yet! I have the IGP630S but it's still doesn't reroute me when not on the correct route. All it do is off course. I paid so much for the equipment and it's not working like it supposed to. Please correct it.
