Control your Clearlight Sanctuary Infrared Sauna using the Clearlight Sauna Connect App. By creating a user name and password, you can login to the App and control the temperature, time and lights of your Clearlight Sauna.

The app does what it is designed to do and is generally easy to use. The layout is quite basic and feels a little dated, and at times it can be slow to respond to commands, particularly when adjusting session times, where you may need to press twice. It could do with an update, but overall it does what it is meant to do and works well.

Please fix your phone app for the sauna. You know it doesn't work yet you continue to sell saunas advertised as having Wifi. What's more, your customer service has to be aware of the issue because so many people are complaining about the same issue. While we're talking about Customer Service, yours could use some happy pills. Now I know why they never answer the phone right away. Leave a callback number and they might call you after three days.

Fix your app. How hard can it possibly be? *Update* If anyone is having trouble using the app, the issue is the power supply. My sauna was using an older power supply model. Clearlight sent me a new one right away to replace it. It's a plug & play. Thank you to their customer service!!
