From the get go the reader was wrong. I kept having to correct her and she kept repeating herself. I had 10 minutes and one topic and she stretched it out for a long time. She kept mentioning we need more time instead of speaking about the topic at hand. I thought it would be great for 10 mins but it wasn't. When I tried to hang up it loaded &charged me and brought me back to her!! I wish I could get my money back but no wordfrom C.S.She is a reader from the UK & having to do with love. Beware.

Don't trust Keen and their advisors. I had a chat with 10 advisors and all provided wrong information. Most of them say wait for about 3 months but in 3 month's time you can't leave a review to show what they say is inaccurate. These so called psychics play with people's emotions and charge you many dollars to do that for you. I wouldn't recommend Keen to anyone. just a waste of time and money.

really love this app and it's not hard at all to catch yourself building a bond with someone on here because they truly are gifted and amazing if you ever doubted getting a reading before like I have then give it a shot because they truly knew more then I did about myself I will never go anywhere else I know my grandmother and grandpa are still around me and so much more thank you keen for having such a amazing app
