From the get go the reader was wrong. I kept having to correct her and she kept repeating herself. I had 10 minutes and one topic and she stretched it out for a long time. She kept mentioning we need more time instead of speaking about the topic at hand. I thought it would be great for 10 mins but it wasn't. When I tried to hang up it loaded &charged me and brought me back to her!! I wish I could get my money back but no wordfrom C.S.She is a reader from the UK & having to do with love. Beware.

Several months later and I am still having issues with this app!! it's so frustrating! The app is sooooo slow to load every single page. I've missed calls with advisors multiple times because it's been so slow to load. I've also had so many connection issues. I have already contacted customer support and no one gave me an answer on how to fix it. ugh

So, they are not the most supportive. Their offers do not show up well on their website. From time to time they might have offers that say, "Spend $20, get $5 ." But if you check back 5 more times on the same website on the same website ON THE SAME DAY, such offers may not be listed again. Of course if you bring this up to staff, and say that you paid, you do not understand why the offer did not go through, and still would like the $5..they still will not compensate you.So again,not supportive.
