From the get go the reader was wrong. I kept having to correct her and she kept repeating herself. I had 10 minutes and one topic and she stretched it out for a long time. She kept mentioning we need more time instead of speaking about the topic at hand. I thought it would be great for 10 mins but it wasn't. When I tried to hang up it loaded &charged me and brought me back to her!! I wish I could get my money back but no wordfrom C.S.She is a reader from the UK & having to do with love. Beware.

Several months later and I am still having issues with this app!! it's so frustrating! The app is sooooo slow to load every single page. I've missed calls with advisors multiple times because it's been so slow to load. I've also had so many connection issues. I have already contacted customer support and no one gave me an answer on how to fix it. ugh

It was a good app until they started charging the $2.99 connection fee. I won't be using them anymore. It's hard enough filtering through to find a good advisor to always have to have this fee tacked on now is assured. There is another app that let's you chat with advisors for free then can book sessions after you've gotten comfortable. I'm moving over to them.
