I'm deaf in one ear and hard off hearing in my other. I lip read but sometimes it would be a little depressing that no one around me signs. No one around me signs yet. I'm using this app to teach my boyfriend and some coworkers and to practise so i don't grow rusty. This app is great! Very grateful. Worth buying the 10 dollar bundle.
Love the amount of vocabulary! The way it's broken up makes it easy to learn and I like how they transition into longer statements/sentences so you can get a feel for the grammar. The categories are convenient and fun. It's also really nice to be able to play music on my phone while I watch the clips- my other asl app shuts my music off whenever I try to see a sign and I've got tinnitus so that's quite literally a major headache.
Great resource to begin learning ASL. I've always wanted to learn, but there are so few places that organize the lessons this well.
Excellent first resource for learning ASL. Lots of free videos but I bought the $9.99 unlock and it's well worth it. My wife is going deaf, this is a God send. Thanks.
I am unable to download the pop culture and social media bit after I paid for it. Other than that it is fine.
Love the app, great videos! Just two comments: I wish there was a pause button on the videos so I can see the signs better, and the X to erase the search box doesn't work.
