Ive had this for a couple years now and cuss it every time I use it. Its hard to connect at times. The alarm feature won't work if your phone is on lock screen, so it does no good for an overnight cook. The graph data stopped working. 2 of the 4 probes have stopped working. This whole system needs a major update and that doesn't seem to be happening.

BBQ-4BW It worked well for a few years but now the temperature graph stopped working which is not good for long cooks. Alarms keep going off unless Bluetooth and WiFi are both connected. I can't turn them off. Also, can't turn on unit unless external power supply is connected. Overall, not a reliable product.

At the moment I'm REALLY disappointed in the app. The thermometer itself seems great and the app connected very easily but then the temperature just freezes. I look on thermometer and it says (let's say) 30' but the app hasn't moved since 22'. It's happened on every cook so far (four times) Totally unreliable if you are relying on the app to see when food is cooked. Only way to check is close the app fully down and reboot. But the problem then is you lose any graph data and it's no gud for alarm
