Journey status and service updates
Secure transport notifications
School and scheduled pickup information
Vehicle safety-check updates
AM, PM or whole-day non-travel requests, where enabled
Confirmation after requests have been reviewed by the transport operator
Privacy and safeguarding are central to the app. Parents only see children linked to their verified account. Information is securely shared between authorised parents, transport operators and relevant service providers.
An invitation and active account from a participating transport operator are required. The app is intended for parents and guardians and is not designed for use directly by children.
