TaxiApps RTC keeps your business extension with you wherever you work.

Make and receive business audio calls using the SIP account supplied by your organisation. Use the familiar dialler for extensions or full SIP addresses, answer incoming calls, send DTMF tones, mute calls and choose your preferred audio route.

For supported operator systems, TaxiApps RTC also provides:
• Agent login and logout
• Queue in and queue out controls
• Pause reasons
• Live wallboard information
• Queue call pickup

• Background incoming-call notifications

TaxiApps RTC requires an authorised six-line .fig profile supplied by your organisation. It connects directly to the SIP, WebSocket and HTTPS services configured by your operator. It is intended for authorised business users in taxi and private-hire operations.
