The old app was much easier to use. Booking a session for the following week was quick and simple! This new app is not user-friendly; it's difficult to navigate, and you can't book a session until 9am - most people are either already in work or just starting work!!! Not great when it's a very popular class and fills up quickly! Not impressed!!!

Hi Nicola – apologies for the issues around booking times. This was an issue with our new system, and we’ve now rectified to make sure it matches our previous booking system. This means you will be able to book from 6am as previously.

Really difficult to navigate and makes you sign in every time instead of just a passcode/ fingerprint. The old app was much easier to use and less faffy.

Much better than the last system for booking. Quicker and easier. It's a new app and there will be teething problems, which is understandable.
