Terrible....paying for bookings kept failing until found in an old email for some reason you have to create a profile first. Very difficult to get to the session you want without having to click through lots of options. All feels like they are trying to get you on a membership, not PAYG. The Better provider app & website was far superior for my local pool

Hi James, sorry to read your review. The online profile set up is a one time process when first joining EA. Making bookings for the main activity options are only a few clicks away on the app, if you are having any issues or need any assistance please email webmarketing@everyoneactive.com so that we can assist you further.

Still complicated, not intuitive. The Leisure Centre app I used before my swim centre went and changed to Everyone Active was simplicity embodied and had my payment card saved. I can't find if/where it's saved in this new app. I click on Account and it asks me to login (again)... then I click on another link and it asks me to login yet again.... Absolutely ínfuriating.

Hi Jenny, we're sorry to hear your feedback and that our other information and services aren't of interest for you. Booking lane swimming is a few taps away from opening the app to ensure that you get a space in your session and avoid disappointment if the session is full.

The app works well enough but it would be better if the swimming slots were in half hour slots rather than hour slots. I normally prefer swimming on the hour rather than at half past - others like quarter to or quarter past. By sticking rigidly to one hour slots starting on the half hour there are many times when the pool is half full. Allowing some overlap wouldn't significantly lead to overcrowding but would ensure that more people who want to swim can swim.
