It would be useful (unless I'm looking in the wrong place) to have an icon next to the classes that have creche facilities... only the pdf timetables have them listed but they are not even up to date! So I can't scan the app to see which classes are suitable for me and have my Daughter looked after.
Since the app has been updated I can no longer use it. After multiple attempts at logging in (and many phone calls after which I had been reassured I could now log in) I am completely locked out and cannot gain access. Back to the old, slow online way of booking things for me. It was working fine, why did you have to change it? Really annoying when I have full membership but can't access the app. Very disappointing.
This new app is not user friendly and still has issues. Was it fully user tested before release? Although I can now book classes they do not show in the fitness planner, very frustrating.
The new application is bad. I have full membership and should be able to book the classes free of charge. However, when I try to book it takes me to the payment page asking me for my card details. I am unable to book and very frustrated with the whole thing.
With the app, to log in you need your email address and password, now if your email address is not logged with your Everyone Active Membership site, and there is not one on your account when you signed up, then app wont work as it wont recognise you, due to no email being on the account. To sort this issue, if you go to your branch site or ring them up and request to put an email address onto your account, once that is done the app will then recognise your membership and you can then access the classes or bookings you want. Since the update I can't book classes although I have full membership. The old app was fantastic. I'm soooo disappointed. Surely the developers test these things. Can't understand why it's not been fixed. 5 days so far of not being able to book classes 😭
