The app is easy to use. I like the feature that let's you know how busy the gym is (i.e., avoid the crowd). I got a new phone, and the gym personnel was able to transfer the info to my new phone.

I use it to enter the gym and check the classes.. other than that it has some lagging to open and refresh, some pages and services not available.. user experience could be improved and simplified

Needs many enhancements, I cannot suspend my membership and this is very strange as this company has branshes across the country and it's the biggest in their business. Unfortunately, their app is dumb
