Ratings and reviews

The app crashes the majority of the time. It will crash quickly and after only the most basic of uses. For example today I opened it to run a search, it crashed once I clicked the "find" button. Update May 27, 2019. Today I opened the app and it crashed before I could even click the "find" button. This app is worse than useless. Update February 25, 2020. Today I opened the app and clicked on the "My Account" button. It promptly crashed.

It use to have my local library saved but then it just stopped one day. Now it won't find any libraries near me. Searching for a library name doesn't pull anything in even from my state.

Very buggy app. One issue is fixed and another arises. Right now, the app tells me that I have requested a 'hold' on a book for books I have previously hired. I no longer have a hold on these items and if I WANT to put them on hold again, I CAN'T. Very frustrating.

What's new

This update provides bug fixes and important updates for MyLibrary, including the following:

- Faux hold in MyLibrary disappears after hold is placed in app

- MyLibrary prevents patrons from placing holds for deleted pickup locations

- Flashlight has been fixed on the 'Scan Library Card' and 'Scan Book' screens

- Duplicate hold appears after hold is placed in app [single location]
