• Bulk sending of service protocols – select several protocols at once and send them to the customer in a single post.
• Contact status – mark contacts as current or obsolete; obsolete ones are no longer offered on requests.
Improvements and fixes:
• Timer: lock screen preview, reliable stop from the widget, no more duplicated timers.
• Service record: correct conditional checkboxes and highlighting of required fields.
• CMDB: the Technical solver field is now displayed.
