The Wolf Assistant application is intended for service technicians for:
- registration of electronic devices,
- simple electronic management of equipment and customers,
- administrative assistance for all tasks on Wolf facilities.
The application contains a user profile for a service technician with the possibility of changing personal data, changing the password, inserting a signature and setting the language mutation. The user profile also has the function of registering active cases - devices that are scheduled for regular maintenance or associated devices for repair.
THE APPLICATION HAS 4 BASIC MODULES:
1. Commissioning
2. Regular maintenance
3. Repairs
4. Overview of installations.
All modules, except for the Installation Overview module, contain a barcode reader at startup with automatic recognition of a specific device type and identification of the installation according to the specified data after commissioning of the device.
