I ordered at around 2:18 PM. I got a call around 2:49 PM, saying that there would be around 20-30 mins delay (and they haven't cooked my food yet at this point) because they couldn’t find a rider, and I said it was fine. I got another call around 3:13 PM, saying that they still couldn’t find a rider. They asked me to order from another food delivery app so they could send my order along with that. This app charges 10 AED for delivery but they can’t deliver. Disappointing. Would rate it 0.

In the promotions section, the sign-in requirement for 50% off offer (WINGS50) shows not met, but for the 40% off (Super40) offer, it shows that the sign in requirement is met. It doesn't make sense because I am actually signed in and can't get 50% off, and it's my first time using the app, so I should be eligible. Please fix the app, especially the promotions section. It's not user-friendly.
