This has happened more than once, and I believe it’s intentional. At 10:13 PM I ordered via the Wingstop app (45 min delivery promise). At 10:37 PM it falsely showed “Delivered,” though the branch conformed the order hadn’t even left. I didn’t get it until 11:20 PM. This misreporting seems like manipulation of delivery metrics and it erodes trust. Please investigate and fix. Additionally, the app stops working sometimes. You keep on adding things to the kart, but they don't get added.

the food took so long to come it was ice cold by the time it arrived, don't waste your time with this pathetic app, it's faster and much more convenient to order off the delivery apps, the help number in the app doesn't even work!

I ordered at around 2:18 PM. I got a call around 2:49 PM, saying that there would be around 20-30 mins delay (and they haven't cooked my food yet at this point) because they couldn’t find a rider, and I said it was fine. I got another call around 3:13 PM, saying that they still couldn’t find a rider. They asked me to order from another food delivery app so they could send my order along with that. This app charges 10 AED for delivery but they can’t deliver. Disappointing. Would rate it 0.
