kicked me out of the app lost all my rewards then reinstalled and kicked me out again. app keeps crashing and now can't login

to be honest the app is rubbish. i dont know why you dont want to invest in good application even the older version was very bad. it was lagging too much, orders get duplicated, bugging every now and then and very very slow. i am not using it any more!

I ordered at around 2:18 PM. I got a call around 2:49 PM, saying that there would be around 20-30 mins delay (and they haven't cooked my food yet at this point) because they couldn’t find a rider, and I said it was fine. I got another call around 3:13 PM, saying that they still couldn’t find a rider. They asked me to order from another food delivery app so they could send my order along with that. This app charges 10 AED for delivery but they can’t deliver. Disappointing. Would rate it 0.
