I have used this app frequently to send cookies to my grandsons in College Station. I ordered a pack tonight, as classes resume tomorrow, but when checking out, my payment info is missing. There is no option to add a credit card. It was working fine when I sent them a pack during finals in December. There needs to be an option to add payment info.

Let me just start with the cookies being amazing! The app and website are full of bugs and always slow. Want to edit your box of cookies that's a promo? Think again because it can't update it without thinking you're adding a second box. Have fun deleting it and waiting for it to catch up so you can start over. There are plenty of other issues with the app and site. Don't get me wrong, I'm a regular, but your company should either invest more into these or hire someone else to fix it.

It is a decent app and I get cookies often. It has a few issues that are annoying. The biggest one for me is that I have to log back in every once in a while because the app logs me out. The cookie tracker also frequently pops up with an error message. Edit: the app will not let me use my gift card. A "gift card not found" message pops up. I checked the balance and it still has money on it. Not sure what the problem is.
