At least once a week, our team at work gets takeout for a working lunch. One person is placing the order; the others just need to communicate what they want. UNFORTUNATELY there is no way to just browse the menu on the mobile site or on this app. You can pretend you're placing an order, but even then you can only select items. There is no description of what the item is, what's on it, etc. other than the name. Not being able to just look at a menu is a SIGNIFICANT fail for a restaurant app.

Recent update changed the default location behavior from "last location you ordered from" to "nearest location", which is tremendously frustrating when you're using the app to order ahead! I order ahead on my commute almost every day, always the same location, but this new behavior has caused the order to get routed to the wrong location twice now. There is no way to change the default — the Favorites function makes no difference. Irritating waste of money.

Gift Card functionality could use some work. My GC doesn't cover the whole cost, so I'm prompted to add another payment method (CC). App then tries to charge the total cost to CC, not the amount remaining after GC. Would also appreciate the functionality to save a GC to my account so I don't have to enter the GC numbers every week for my weekly order.
