This app is terrible at reading locations. It never assumes you are ordering from the potbelly's closest to you. It just picks random happenstance potbelly's in the area. This last time, it decided I must be ordering from a potbelly's nowhere near me. I have never had this issue with any other restaurant app. I will not be ordering from this place again.

I have seen advertisements for some kind of deal, just like the one on March 12th, stating (including on the app) that you buy a big meatball sandwich and the a second sandwich of any kind for free. I tried about 30 minutes to get it to work. No matter what the second option was it still tried to make me pay full price. I'm also logged into my perks option so thats not a thing. The whole thing feels like a scam. Nonsense.

I love Potbelly and the app is very convenient. After the recent update 5 days ago the app is draining my phone battery even though I have not opened since my last order which was 3 days ago. It used 35% of my battery on Saturday without me even opening the app. I force closed the app, restarted my phone, and disabled the permission that allows it to run in the background. No idea what the app is doing. Hopefully the issue is resolved soon.
