App still has issues. Shows the company is not ready for prime time. Initially still shows me locations 50 miles away while there is a shop just 10 miles or less. Promised a free sandwich for installing. Then the fine print showed it was for only 30k so I only get a free cookie
It simply doesn't work. While it seems to be a well done app you will take the time to scan, register, and create an order. Then it freaks out, jumping back and forth between loading screens and "can not contact store." DON'T DOWNLOAD IT UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME.
Honestly I only got this app because it was offering a free sandwich QR code and I've never tried Potbelly. Figured I could try for free before I spend money. But now sneaky jerks changed my sandwich to just a cookie. And rather than a QR code, I have to make a purchase on the app (so also not free). Thanks for taking my info and then taking back the only reason I gave it to you.
Updated: This app is now a dumpster fire. First, what happened to the vegetarian sandwich? Ya know, mushroom melt with normal sized bread and a big option? Totally missing now. Second, when changing locations you are presented with a list of every Potbelly in the world, apparently in the order that they opened. Not helpful at all. Third, it can never connect to the store, which means that you can never actually place an order through the app. So, what is it for if not ordering? Finally, you don't need access to my camera or Bluetooth for me to order sandwiches. Y'all have some work to do.
Does not work. Checked online, store min delivery order was $10. Ordered $12 of food...error that it did not meet minimum. Couldn't get out of error unless closed down the app. Worthless.
Used it for the first time today. The idiots at the store location I used had no idea what they were doing and said that my perks coupon took the amount off when I scanned it. I was the first to use the app at their location apparently. Got home and realized it didn't take off the coupon at all. I didn't get a paper receipt so I had to wait for the itemized receipt in my email. Not impressed at all.
