Recent update changed the default location behavior from "last location you ordered from" to "nearest location", which is tremendously frustrating when you're using the app to order ahead! I order ahead on my commute almost every day, always the same location, but this new behavior has caused the order to get routed to the wrong location twice now. There is no way to change the default — the Favorites function makes no difference. Irritating waste of money.

Gift Card functionality could use some work. My GC doesn't cover the whole cost, so I'm prompted to add another payment method (CC). App then tries to charge the total cost to CC, not the amount remaining after GC. Would also appreciate the functionality to save a GC to my account so I don't have to enter the GC numbers every week for my weekly order.

POTBELLY LIES. The app offers a "free cookie with order" as a promo. I clicked the link, ordered a meal, then saw the app CHARGE $3 EXTRA FOR THE "free" COOKIE. no promo code, no fix. I used this app to preorder, only to see the people who ordered in person got served faster. My order was wrong. Also, the sandwich was soggy and cold by the time it got to me. Their website didn't allow online orders as they clearly want folks to use this terrible app.
