This app is terrible at reading locations. It never assumes you are ordering from the potbelly's closest to you. It just picks random happenstance potbelly's in the area. This last time, it decided I must be ordering from a potbelly's nowhere near me. I have never had this issue with any other restaurant app. I will not be ordering from this place again.

the app stopped tracking my rewards points a few months ago and no matter how much I spend I don't earn any more points beyond the few I got when I first downloaded it. plus your order gets made slower if you use the app vs walking in so the literal only benefit is earning points. they also refuse to make your order on site if you order on the app while you're in the store.

I love Potbelly but the app still needs work. The cart and payment options in the app are inconsistent at best. At times I have been offered promotions that couldn't be redeemed, and at other times I have been unable to complete the transaction (via Google Pay) due to an error. I've seen recent improvements, but I still get stuck and end up clearing out my cart due to frustration. It's unfortunate, but these errors result in me switching to a competing sandwich shop whose app works better.
