I have used the first workout in the app and I have been working out every other day. I already had a slim body, but I wanted to build strength and muscle. I also purchased protein powder and took 24 grams before workout as I don't get enough through meals. I have noticed small changes in my thighs in the first week and half. In the beginning my entire body hurt. I had difficulty walking down the stairs. But, my body is used to the workout now and I feel lighter. I will continue using this app and see what happens.
Quick exercises to kick start your day and easy guides so that posture can be maintained throughout exercise. Pretty hard for first few days, if done in the alloted time. Loved the updated sequences. Would be better if videos of exercises are also included.
Fat burning workout is just awesome! It's very hard at first,once u get used to workout,u will soon notice the magic happening.
Great app for short yet intense workouts. Good alternative for those days you don't feel like leaving the house but still want to exercise. I have been doing the muscle building ones and love the results.
What an app!! Helped me lose weight, just within 15 days of beginning the work out. Love HIIT program. Would it be possible to add suggestions on its as to how much of weekly repititions for each program.
In my opinion, I think that this should offer more than 2 or 3 work out routines for free. You shouldn't have to download an app or pay for more workout routines...
