Good routines The only thing I'd like to see are suggestions for modified moves for people with some physical limitations (eg. problem with knees, back, etc.).
I've been doing this app for a week now it's really helped my cardio and giving me a nice switch up from wat I was doing before,i ts been a few months now I'm probably in the best shape I've been in for a while,just wish u had a more advanced mode but other than that Love this app
Fun and effective I do this with my wife and 8yo. This will not get you ready for a CrossFit competition but it will be fun and help you burn calories and get in shape.
It works very well but I wish we can connect it to Google fit I would feel so much better if I can connect the app to Google fit because then I don't have to sit and log the workouts separately... Please do this app developer(s)
Well-made Simple, quality workouts, no-nonsense writing. The UI is nice and the app easy to navigate. Also, EVERYTHING is free, wow! My only request is that you add a black theme (for working out at night).
Excellent Workout Companion Nice interface, good description of workouts and their repetitions. Multiple workout routines with warmup and cooldown exercises as well.
