Works grest with V40. Installed on V20 and i am not able to see the Insta360player folder. I can access my DCIM and play vr files. Not sure why i can see the app folder in windows. Have explorer set to show hidden. Player still works great just need to go to different folder. Update: new phones needed setting on file manager to show hidden and restart phones. Insta360player folder now appears in explorer. Can play my vr files on my oculus through player. Covered connector with tape. Looped vid

Bad maintenance. Sometimes I wish I checked the app reviews before buying the product itself. The app itself works but it doesn't read the SD Card content, which isn't convenient at all when you switch the SD Card from your camera to your phone. Last app update: October 2017.

App doesn't function as promised. Even the demo 360 photo on the app cannot be viewed properly. And on top of that, I've been in contact with Insta360 and they are refusing to fix the app. For now, its a broken product made by an irresponsible brand.

2. Users can jump to the previous or next content in the album during playback.
