Pretty cool app. Rating would be higher if it weren't for the constant adding and removing of user friendly features. Just woke up to no longer having the ability to skip ahead and backwards in videos, and the options when editing messages are no longer in the same place they've been for years. a few months ago it was made easier to pause a video, that was also just removed. Just completly unnecessary and usually feels like a spit in the face.

The audio I used for reels comes and goes. I just wanna rewatch the reels I made, but it said audio is unavailable. Then, the next couple weeks, it's available again. And it's gone again now. Can it be just stable? Features are also not updated at the same time, either iPhone or Android. My friend can use the feature reply for a specific message since it got updated, and my phone won't do anything even after I updated the app, had to wait for couple months and then out of nowhere it appears.

Droid X2, no video option at all. I cannot see when someone has posted a video, I do not have a "record" button, and I cannot play others' videos. Update 9.19.24: These ads have gotten utterly out of hand. There are too many ads, many of them are either explicit or political in nature, and I am just fed up. I've updated my ad preferences but IG just can't seem to get it right. I mean, I'd prefer no ads at all, like back in the old days, but the ones that get through my settings are disgusting.
