I like Instagram. There are so many perks to its usage, and it's very comparable with outside devices and apps. Fb, tiktok, snapchat, etc. PC users, etc. Recently, I've been having an issue with uploading stories with templates. It's always saying there's an error with it even after trying what I can do on my end to fix the bug. For example, I tried to upload a story using a "friendship" template, I've done it twice already in the day with no issues, but now it's being bothersome.

I used to use this app frequently, and thought it was okay, but my account was hacked and the process to recover it keeps crashing the app. It just turns to a white screen and crashes. Every. Single. Time. It works great, until it doesn't. And there's no such thing as customer service with Instagram unless you're logged in - which I can't because the app keeps crashing. I'm stuck in a vicious loop.

It's a good app; easy to communicate with friends and has high voice/camera quality. It's overall a good app I'm just having an issue. When I open the app I keep seeing "Try again later" and you guys are limiting how often I can do certain things. I keep pressing "Let us know" and "ok" but nothing has been happening,it's been around a day now. Everytime I go to chat someone it keeps popping up on my screen nonstop. I deleted and reinstalled but it keeps happening,how do I fix this?
