Instancy Guide keeps your therapy going between visits. Your practitioner shares your wellness plan, exercise videos, journals, and forms, and they all appear here. You can follow your plan at home, track your progress, and stay in touch with your care team.

Instancy Guide is the patient companion to Instancy Pro. Whatever your practitioner assigns or schedules shows up in your app automatically.
