Love OPAC - everything about it except this app. Most of the time, I can't login. When I do, it does not retain my account info. I almost always have to call or go in person to purchase member presale tickets because the app does not show a membership. It is aggravating. Maybe the update in August will fix this.

Terrible apt, did I install? Now what do I do? Tickets were paid for, and now I can not find them or when the annual fundraising event starts- I definitely don't see or feel any benefits of this apt or manner of getting these tickets. I understand it is too late for mailing.

Not user friendly. Cannot use. Have no faith in how it works. May have to start avoiding opac if this is their way to purchase. Terrible for us less oriented in using this!
