I have been using instaService and it's been decent. App is simple, booking doesn't take more than 2 minutes and everything is right there in one place.Booked a handyman last month, the guy showed up on time and did the work fine But here's the thing sometimes the app feels a bit laggy when you're scrolling through services.The support team though they're pretty quick asked a question once and got a reply within minutes which was nice.

I visited their stall at the AIA event on May 9th 2026, where they were advertising a $150 credit. After downloading and installing the app, I was told the credit was only $30. When I asked to honor the $150 offer they had been promoting, the staff were extremely rude and dismissive — essentially telling us to leave. Very disappointing experience. False advertising and poor customer service.

Just before New Year, I needed to get festive lights installed at my home but had only 3 hours to get it done, as many guests were to arrive. I was looking for someone who could fix it quickly and came across the InstaService app through a friend. I booked a service, and within an hour, an expert arrived and completed the installation efficiently. The professional was well-vetted, highly skilled, and the pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend giving it a try guys..
