Amazing but they aren't updating compatibility. Why aren't they updating ther compatibility at all it seems. I switched to this phone because the previous generations are compatible. I figured it would become compatible within a couple of months, nearly maybe 5 months (update) over year later still nothing. It seems other people are annoyed as well. I'm not sure of the reason why they are taking forever.But what's the point of having an app if it's not compatible with phones people use the most?

I wish Insulet would hurry up & release the full version of the App for the UK. This is just a simulator and not much good. I want the real thing! Using Omnipod 5 Pods with the PDM is no fun at all!

Posting here because I cannot get the app on this device. Recently purchased a device that was listed as compatible and was assured it would remain as such. Not even 2 months later I can no longer use the main app due to compatibility, this is the 2nd company for diabetes management to essentially break licensing agreements. Dexcom has pulled a similar stunt. I am already spending 1000$ a month for your product, if it's not going to work, I will stop.
