This app has been driving me crazy. It DOES NOT WORK!!!! I checked all the reviews and this app hasn't worked for the past 3 years and the company hasn't fixed it. This gives me zero confidence in an Auto Insurance company that doesn't even care enough about their customers to fix their app that they know hasn't worked for years. I will be cancelling policy because if you can't support an app in 2024 than I can't expect for you to support my auto policy. Unacceptable.
