This app seems to me like FRAUD. It has never worked, and now even when I try to make a payment using their website directly, it asks you to enter the challenge to enter the characters shown, and after double-checking my entries on, the page response is "incorrect entry. Please try again".... Which I did, after trying over and over and over.... Same reply.... 😞.

The app needs wormed on. Does have a drop down box however, it will let you know that its costing $4.50 to use the online payment, which is absurd. Also when you click to make a payment and the box comes up to charge me another 4.50 fee. It will will ask me if i want to contine and there is no button to click yes or now so its stuck on the box that comes up about the extra fee. So still havent been able to make a payment online. Defeats the purpose of having the ability to make an online payment

I cannot login on Android phone. An account and passcode required to access my policy. This caused me to find another insurance company. (Policy expired, had to contact Somebody...tried web address on bill. Cannot get past first web page...Had to download app from Google play. Then I cannot access current/previous policy. SORRY . P.S. This might be network corruption from scammers/collectors and not the actual app or web page failing.
